ESchool

ESchool is a primary & secondary school management application designed for the effective and easy management of your school(s) students, staff and academic data. It has a lot of features which will enable you to be quick in accessing data, and it has a very large database which can hold up to millions of records. The application has standard and extra modules. The standard modules are default bundled with the standard version of the application. The extra modules can be bought and added when you need.

Secure and Encrypted database

Eschool restricts access to it by requiring every user to login to the application, and there by records all action performed by this user against their name. This is very useful because you can later find out who did what and when

Admission of students has never been easy, no need for multiple forms or error prone process any more. All these can be done easily with the admission module

Students management

All Students data are carefully stored in the Eschool database securely. The students details, guardian/parent and other relevant information related to the student.

Class Management

Classes can be defined and managed based on your school class information. This can be done at any time before or during use.

Email Capability

You can use Eschool to send results, school fees receipts, or any other necessary information directly to via email.

SMS Capability

Send SMS directly to your students/parents any time with Eschool. You can send sales receipts, new Students or coupons directly to customers.

Role based access

Every user accessing the application is required to login. Every action a user (which can be a staff) performs is logged. Any user can be given restricted access to specified areas of the application!

Customize everything

You can customize almost everything in Eschool, from the company name to the grade scale you use. There are over 80 items you can change in Eschool.

Staff management

You can store and manage staff data, including several contact information. You can also store basic staff salary information by setting staff level in the settings dialog box!

Fees Payment/Management

You can monitor all fees paid by each students, the date, amount , total outstanding and total paid.

Class Result

You view the result of any student or class at an instant, even without complete entry. result is calculated and generated as you enter it.
