All Our products/services are digital downloadable and fully-functional as at the time of release. We do provide demo videos of our products so you can evaluate them before you make a purchase decision, we can also in certain conditions provide a limited demo version of our products.

Software/Services Irrevocability

Software and software licenses are irrevocable goods that can be easily duplicated and distributed. If you purchase one of our products, and you receive an email with the activation code to activate the software, the sale is final, no refunds will be given. It is not possible for you to return your registered version of our software. We ask you to be cautious and make sure you know what you are purchasing.

Exceptional cases

We may, at our discretion, in rare occations and only within 30 days of purchase, issue a refund minus our order processing and banking fees (up to 25% of the purchase price). In such instances, you will provide proof of purchase/transaction, and if your request is made within 30 days of purchase, you must then submit to us a letter of destruction of software on your name with your email address before we will process the refund..

Summary

In general all our sales are final and no refunds will be given. As all of our products are digital software/services, delivered instantly once payment is received it is impossible for you to return a product to use for a refund.
